The Flower Festival event was held between April 22 and April 29, 2024, and commemorated the first appearance of Comfey in the game. It also featured increased encounters of Grass and Fairy-type Pokémon, with event bonuses available acroos all islands. This event coincided with Good Sleep Day number nine.

Event Bonuses

The Flower Festival event had Snorlax's favourite dish set to Salads with dish strength boosted by 1.5× and extra tasty dishes were boosted by 3× throughout the week and 4.5× on Sunday. During sleep research, there was an increased chance of attracting Fairy-type and Grass Pokémon, which also had boosted Shiny rates. There was also a chance of a few Pokémon of different sleep types appearing regardless of their type.

Due to the effects of the ninth Good Sleep Day, on April 23 and 25, experience earned for helper Pokémon was doubled, 500 bonus sleep points were received and drowsy power was boosted by 1.5×. On April 24, the night of the full moon, experience earned by helper Pokémon was tripled, 1000 bonus sleep points were received and drowsy power was boosted by 2.5×.
