Effect
The user's moves are powered up by 10% per rank of this skill if Unova Circle (Physical) is active on the allied field of play. Currently, only Unova C (Phys): Moves ↑ 3 is available on scoutable sync pairs. This applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
