Effect
When the user's Sp. Def is lowered to a negative stat value, the effects of the negative stat value on Sp. Def are reduced. The skill can range from Trained Mind 1 to Trained Mind 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater mitigation in the effects of a stat reduction in Sp. Def.
