Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is poisoned or badly poisoned, it has a chance of raising the user's Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Toxic Hit (Speed ↑) 1 to Toxic Hit (Speed ↑) 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of raising the user's Speed. Toxic Hit (Speed ↑) 9 will always raise the user's Speed. Currently, only Toxic Hit (Speed ↑) 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
