Scary face?
How do these interact? I haven't gotten a chance to test it out in game, as the one wimpod I've encountered left and I didn't have it at the time. - unsigned comment from Glitchrr36 (talk • contribs)
- ...I'm sorry, but can you explain how you expect them to interact? A -2 to Speed doesn't seem to me like it would interact at all with fleeing at half health. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 05:31, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
- Just tested it, and it had absolutely no effect on the ability. Unowninator (talk) 06:41, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
- I think they might be confusing Mean Look with Scary Face. TechSkylander1518 (talk) 07:10, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
- Yeah, I was talking about mean look. Apologies for any confusion. Glitchrr36 (talk) 17:55, 27 December 2016 (UTC) :
- The article states that Mean Look cannot prevent Wimpod to wimp out. Kikugi (talk) 19:33, 27 December 2016 (UTC)
Wimp Out and no other Pokémon in trainer battles
I've already asked the same question on a discussion page for Emergency Exit but I think the same question applies for Wimp Out.
If a Pokémon with Wimp Out is the only Pokémon on your team and you are in a trainer battle, then I assume Wimp Out won't activate? If so, maybe it's worth writing about this in the article? Swam (talk) 13:54, 26 May 2021 (UTC)
- I've added that info to the article. See: here. Swam (talk) 10:25, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
- I just noticed I put a wrong name for this section. It obviously should be "Wimp Out and no other Pokémon in trainer battles" instead of "Emergency Exit and no other Pokémon in trainer battles". I might have copied it from talk page for Emergency Exit and forgot to change it. I've fixed the title (I changed it from "Emergency Exit and no other Pokémon in trainer battles" to "Wimp Out and no other Pokémon in trainer battles"). I hope it's not a problem. I apologize for this mistake. Swam (talk) 15:32, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
