Error in Japanese games

The article claims that if a Pokémon with maxed out Smart stats is shown in the Japanese RS games, then the item given is the Yellow Scarf. Does that mean either (1) talking to the Chairman twice with those conditions potentially yields the Yellow and Green Scarf, or (2) the Green Scarf and Yellow Scarf information is swapped in the game? ^ht14 04:17, 20 January 2015 (UTC)

Tiddlywinks made the edit with a source. However, Chrome really struggles to make sense out of the page. It does not mean they're swapped. It only means as it says: the Yellow Scarf's requirement is smartness. I do imagine you can still get the Green Scarf, but I don't know how exactly that works out.
