Talk:List of Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire episodes

I'm having a problem on the Advanced Generation Episode list. Someone keeps on changing it to "Yet to be aired in America". Well, too bad. It's the wrong answer and here's why. "A Real Cleffa-Hanger" is the first one, not the episode that's going to air next or the future. The Pokemon Academy website declares this season as the Advanced Frontier. If it's swiched back to "Hooked on Onix" again, it's considered vandalism, so don't switch it again. Leave it as it is. -- unsigned comment by Ruben Perez

The list is organized based on the US seasons, right? And currently, the episodes are airing as Advanced Battle, right? And then there are the episodes which - just as the header said - have not aired in the US, and so we don't know what catagory they fall under. And no other source calls them "Advanced Frontier."
Therefore, I think the other version is more accurate, sir. --Pie 23:50, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

1) Why are we using the screenshots that Serebii uses for episodes? 2) Why are the Serebii screenshots better than the ones I provided? --FabuVinny 15:44, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

The problem is that someone is dead-set on using the TV-Tokyo screenshots, even though quite frankly I think those screenshots tend to suck and that self-screencapped ones are better... you have my permission to restore the ones you provided. Now excuse me for a moment, since initially the one dead-set on using said screenshots was blocked, and now we have a new user doing the same thing - I smell a block evasion. --Pie 16:38, 21 September 2006 (UTC)

I think this article can be unlocked, the edit war is over and I must change "Inazuma" to "Lightning" (tell me WHY DO I ALWAYS SPELL LIGHTNING AS "LIGHTING"?). --Maxim 15:35, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Misspelled Title

The title An Olden Pond is really supposed to be On Olden Pond. It's protected so I can't fix it.... --Theryguy512 01:30, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

Please unlock it.

I want to edit the lists so that the translated Japanese title can be seen with the English titles and the Kanji. It's too frustrating just to have the Kanji and not what it means, especially if someone want to print it.

I don't know. We once thought it was safe to reopen general editing. Then the most recent (at the time) sockpuppet of the problem user who caused the article to become locked in the first place showed his true colors. At that time, the sockpuppet was blocked and the article was locked again.
Even now, that problem user could be running another sockpuppet among us, waiting for a chance to strike. I may even be responding to such a sockpuppet and not even know it. If you really are legitimate in your reasoning, you might want to buzz this idea by the editorial board. --Shiningpikablu252 21:29, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

Can we include a translation of the Japanese titles?

I find it silly that we have the English title, the kanji for the Japanese title, but no translation of the Japanese. Is there a way to include both the Kanji and translation of the Japanese episode titles? I would be appreciative and be willing to help if there is someway to get them done quickly (like a team effort or some sort of code). Thanks for any answers. (also posted on the talk pages for the list of original and DP episodes) Monkeyjb1988 17:46, 14 November 2008 (UTC)

They're already there, just move your cursor over the Japanese name and a tool tip with the translated name will pop up. UltimateSephiroth (user · talk · contrib) 17:48, 14 November 2008 (UTC)
Call me greedy, but I was hoping to print a page of the list, and I was hoping to have the translations be included so I can look it up.Monkeyjb1988

This page has been protected for almost a year now. Could someone unprotect it already? Jmath 16:26, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Are this site locked? Can it be edited? I dun understand wat they mean by the series concludes? the different series...--Ruixiang95 12:11, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

AG 101 (unaired)

Ok, whoever put this pic for AG101 unaired up...its to big...way to big it doesnt look good --User:Brillux 23:12, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah. I fixed it. No need to worry. It was uploaded when archives was messed up and so didn't show. I hacked the template to make it work. TTEchidna 21:17, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

Why it's protected!

Because there's no freakin' need to edit this page ever ever ever again. It's fine as it is. It's done, been over for three years. There's no need to change how any episodes are listed or anything. We don't need to put every little detail about the episode on there, either. No one cares if it was banned. Guess why? Because all of the episodes that didn't air ARE BANNED. TTEchidna 21:33, 25 May 2009 (UTC)

Many inconsistant dub titles

For example: Here, AG149 is listed as Wheel... of Frontier!. But in the article itself, it's just Wheel of Frontier. And AG157 here is listed as Time-Warp Heals All Wounds but in the article it's Time Warp Heals All Wounds, without a dash. Which one is the true title?

Also many from the Battle Frontier have exclamation points at the end of the titles but they are absent on this list. Or vice versa. What exactly do we define the true title as? Is it the listing or the title card itself? --ケンジガール 04:14, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

When I was the one who went through all of the original series episodes and standardized the episode titles, I went by title card. I also pushed that way of thinking for the first half of the DP series that I was anime active. I'd go by title card to keep everything the same. I meant to get to it: I just haven't gotten any of the episodes past the original series yet. MaverickNate 04:18, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

Incorrect title.

The Japanese title for AG125 is incorrect. It lists the title for the next episode instead. Ataro 21:16, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Ok, I'm going to bring this up again. Ataro 05:25, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Battle Frontier arc

Is there any source as to why it should start at AG132? The opening Battle Frontier and ending Pokémon Counting Song both began being used in AG135. Apparently, M07 was aired the week between the two as well. This leads me to believe that the Battle Frontier arc should start with AG135. --Abcboy (talk) 07:37, 27 September 2015 (UTC)
