Effect
Swag Bag raises the chance of raising the user's stat values with the additional effects of moves. The skill can range from Swag Bag 1 to Swag Bag 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater increase in the chance of raising stat values with moves. The chance is calculated according to the below formula.
