Has a chance (X%) of lowering the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by one stat rank when a move, sync move, or max move used by the user's Pokémon targeting that opponent is successful.

Lowers the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by one stat rank when a move, sync move, or max move used by the user's Pokémon targeting that opponent is successful.
Stupefication (Japanese: 相手にＰ技Ｂ技ＢＤ技後特攻特防↓Special Attack and Special Defense Reduction After Using Pokémon Move, Buddy Move, or Buddy Daimax Move On Opponent) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair's Pokémon successfully uses a move, sync move, or max move, it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by one stat rank. The skill can range from Stupefication 1 to Stupefication 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Stupefication 9 will always lower the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def. Currently, only Stupefication 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's moves, including status moves and buddy moves.
