(No, this isn't correct. The Stats Judge gets unlocked after seeing the credits, not the Champion Assessment. It didn't get unlocked for me when I completed the Champion Assessment in Scarlet (I talked to the Pokémon Center nurse several times), but did when I spoke to the Pokémon Center nurse after seeing the credits for the first time.) |
