Snow Sentinel (Japanese: 霰時Ｐ技後防御特防↑ Defense and Special Defense Boost After Pokémon Uses Move During Hail) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon successfully uses a move while the weather on the battlefield is hail, it has a chance of raising the user's Defense and Sp. Def by one stat rank each. The skill can range from Snow Sentinel 1 to Snow Sentinel 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of raising stats. Snow Sentinel 9 will always raise the user's Defense and Sp. Def. Currently, only Snow Sentinel 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack and status moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
