Has a chance (X%) of lowering one of the target's following stats by two stat ranks at random when the user's attack move is successful against a poisoned or badly poisoned opponent: Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness.

Lowers one of the target's following stats by two stat ranks at random when the user's attack move is successful against a poisoned or badly poisoned opponent: Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness.
Ruthless Toxin (Japanese: どく相手攻撃時能力２↓Stats Reduced by Two Stat Ranks When Attacking Poisoned Opponent) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is poisoned or badly poisoned, it has a chance of lowering one of the target's stats (Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness) by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Ruthless Toxin 1 to Ruthless Toxin 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering a stat. Ruthless Toxin 9 will always lower a stat by two stat ranks. Currently, only Ruthless Toxin 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
