Release information

This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art ultra rare card, and as a Rainbow Rare in the Evolving Skies expansion, first released in the Japanese Skyscraping Perfection expansion. The Regular print features artwork by take, while the ultra rare and rainbow rare prints feature artwork by kirisAki. In Japan, a S-P Promotional print with different artwork by Hideki Ishikawa was released in the Raihan's Indomitability Trainer Card Collection on August 20, 2021. This print has the collection number 228/S-P.

The Evolving Skies Regular print was reprinted in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset alongside a new Trainer Gallery ultra rare print with artwork once again by take. In Japan, the Evolving Skies Regular print was reprinted again in the Start Deck 100 and the VSTAR Premium Trainer Box. A Mirror Holofoil S-P Promotional version of the Regular print was also awarded to winners of New Battle events held at participating Pokémon Card Gym venues between January 14 and April 7, 2022. These events required players to use at least four Pokémon cards with regulation mark 'E' and 'F' in their decks.[1] This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo and has the collection number 264/S-P.

The VMAX Climax Trainer Gallery ultra rare print was later included in the Silver Tempest expansion. The Evolving Skies Regular print was reprinted once again in the Japanese VSTAR Universe subset alongside a Galarian Gallery ultra rare print with artwork by GIDORA. The S-P Promotional print numbered 228/S-P and Galarian Gallery ultra rare print were later included in the special Crown Zenith expansion, the latter becoming part of its Galarian Gallery subset. It was reprinted again in the Japanese Premium Trainer Box ex and for the Ruler of the Black Flame Deck Build Box.

In Japan, this card was reprinted as one of the SV-P Promotional cards with new artwork by hncl. It was given out to participants of Extra Battle Day events from January 1, 2024, as long as stocks lasted. This card has a stamp with the Extra Battle Day logo.

Origin

Raihan is a Gym Leader in Galar. The interior of Hammerlocke Stadium is featured in the Evolving Skies Regular print's illustration. The Crown Zenith Regular print features Raihan's signature as it appears on his League Cards in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
