Passive Skill Powers up the user's moves when the target is restrained. Powers up the user's sync move when the target is restrained.

Effect

When the user's Pokémon uses an attack move or a sync move on an opponent that is restrained, the power of the move is boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to buddy moves, but not max moves. Currently, only Power Hold 5 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
