Numbing Blow (Japanese: 攻撃時まひ付与 Inflict Paralysis on Opponent During Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance to paralyze the target. The skill can range from Numbing Blow 1 to Numbing Blow 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of paralyzing the target. Numbing Blow 9 will always paralyze the target. The skill applies to all of the Pokémon's attack moves—including 
buddy moves—but not sync moves or 
max moves.
