Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move, it has a chance of applying the No Stat Increases effect to the opponents' field of play. The skill can range from Move: No Stat ↑ on Field 1 to Move: No Stat ↑ on Field 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Move: No Stat ↑ on Field 9 will always apply the No Stat Increases effect to the opponents' side. Currently, only Move: No Stat ↑ on Field 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
