Mind Leech (Japanese: 攻撃時特防能力吸収Absorb Special Defense During Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Def by one stat rank. After the target's Sp. Def is lowered, the user will have its Sp. Def raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Mind Leech 1 to Mind Leech 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Mind Leech 9 will always lower the target's Sp. Def by one stat rank and raise the user's by the same amount. Currently, only Mind Leech 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
