Mewtwo (Japanese: ミュウツー Mewtwo) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It is part of the Brilliant Stars expansion.

Release information
This card was included in the Brilliant Stars expansion, first released in the Japanese Start Deck 100. In Japan, Mirror Holofoil and Non Holofoil versions were available in different decks.
A Parallel Holofoil version of this card, with the Brilliant Stars expansion logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork, was given away on February 25, 2022 in various countries to celebrate the launch of the set. In the UK, it was given to customers who purchased at least £10 worth of TCG products at participating WHSmith stores.[1] In Belgium and the Netherlands, it was given to customers who purchased at least €20 worth of TCG products at participating Game Mania stores. In Germany, it was given to customers who purchased at least €10 worth of TCG products at participating Duo Schreib & Spiel stores.[2] In Italy, it was given to customers who purchased at least €20 worth of TCG products from the Play! Pokémon Store.[3] In Spain, it was given to customers who purchased at least €25 worth of TCG products at participating stores.[4] In Sweden, a copy of this card and a stamped Charizard VSTAR were given to customers who purchased at least SEK 350 worth of TCG products at participating Lekia stores.[5]
A Holofoil version, featuring a Pikachu jack-o'-lantern stamp in the bottom right corner of the artwork, was available in the Trick or Trade BOOster Bundle from September 1, 2022.
