Items (Japanese: どうぐtool) in Pokémon Battrio are objects that can be bought to aid a player's team in various ways.
Overview
Items were first introduced in the Battrio S upgrade. Many take inspiration from those featured in the core series. More items were added as the development of Battrio continued, often in conjunction with new gameplay mechanics.
In Battrio S and Battrio 0, items can be bought in the Shop, accessible in between battles in Adventure and Battrio Tower modes. The Shop offers players a choice of three random items, one from each of three categories: in-battle effect items, Type Level badges, and special items. The cost of each item in medals is displayed below it. Medals can be obtained by participating in battles and achieving various accolades whilst playing the game.
In Battrio V, the Shop was replaced by Gacha Machines (Japanese: ガチャガチ gachagacha) in which items could be bought from one of five machines. Accessible between battles in Battrio Tower and Battrio Stadium modes, the player is presented with a choice of four out of the five machines based on their current medal total. Red, blue, and yellow machines are always present. Purple machines are the fourth option unless the player has a maximum medal total of 9999, in which case this is replaced by the silver machine. Items are dispensed at random, with each machine offering roughly the same spread of items and more expensive machines offering more advantageous items. Silver machines also include Trainer class customization options for the player's avatar. The tables below display the current selection of items as of the Battrio V upgrade.

V Powers
While not items that can be conventionally bought, V Powers are special abilities activated during battle that provide similar effects to items. Introduced in Battrio V, V Powers are unlocked by defeating four opponents in a row in Battrio Stadium mode, allowing it to be used in the following battle. These battles are called V Battles, where the opponent will also utilize V Powers. Progressing through Battrio Stadium in such a manner will unlock different V Powers, as well as increase the effectiveness of those unlocked previously. The table below displays the different V Powers that can be unlocked.
