Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is affected by a status condition (poison, bad poison, paralysis, burn, sleep, or freeze), it has a chance of lowering either the target's Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Hit Status Cond Opp: Stat ↓2 1 to Hit Status Cond Opp: Stat ↓2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Status Cond Opp: Stat ↓2 9 will always lower one of the target's stats by two stat ranks. Currently, only Hit Status Cond Opp: Stat ↓2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
