Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target that is restrained, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Hit Restrained Opp: Free Move Next 1 to Hit Restrained Opp: Free Move Next 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. Hit Restrained Opp: Free Move Next 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
