Effect

When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is poisoned or badly poisoned, it has a chance of lowering either the target's Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness by one stat rank. The skill can range from Hit Poisoned Opp: Stat ↓ 1 to Hit Poisoned Opp: Stat ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Poisoned Opp: Stat ↓ 9 will always lower one of the target's stats. Currently, only Hit Poisoned Opp: Stat ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
