Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent, it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def by one stat rank each. The skill can range from Hit: Sp. Atk ↓ & Sp. Def ↓ 1 to Hit: Sp. Atk ↓ & Sp. Def ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: Sp. Atk ↓ & Sp. Def ↓ 9 will always lower the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def. Currently, only Hit: Sp. Atk ↓ & Sp. Def ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
