Effect

When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Hit: Attack ↓2 1 to Hit: Attack ↓2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: Attack ↓2 9 will always lower the target's Attack by two stat ranks. Currently, only Hit: Attack ↓2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
