Effect

When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of restoring the user's HP by 6% of its maximum HP. The skill can range from Hit: HP Recovery 1 to Hit: HP Recovery 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of restoring the user's HP. Hit: HP Recovery 9 will always restore the user's HP. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
