Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of raising the user's evasiveness by one stat rank. If the Pokémon uses a move with the multistrike effect tag, such as Bullet Seed or Icicle Spear, each successful hit will have its own chance of raising the user's evasiveness by one stat rank. The skill can range from Evasive Strike 1 to Evasive Strike 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation after each hit. Evasive Strike 9 will always raise the user's evasiveness by one stat rank after each hit. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
