Draft:Galar Badges
In Galar, the Galar League's eight Gyms give out badges which can qualify Trainers for the right to challenge the Elite Four. In the games, two of the eight Gyms in Galar change depending on the version: the location is the same, but the Gym Leader and Trainers are different.
Galar's badges are shaped like puzzle pieces that all fit together to form a disc.
List of badges
Every badge increases the level of Pokémon that will obey the player by 10 levels, starting from level 20 with no badges and ending at 100 for the final badge. Unlike other games, badges also influence the maximum level of Pokémon the player can catch, starting at 20 for no badges and increasing by 5 for each badge until jumping to 100 (instead of 60) for the final badge.
Acquiring badges also increases the stock available at Poké Marts.
