Passive Skill Down for a Freebie 1–8 Has a chance (X%) of applying the Free Move Next effect to the user when any of its stats are lowered. Down for a Freebie 9 Applies the Free Move Next effect to the user when any of its stats are lowered.

Effect

When any of the user's stats are lowered by the user, an ally, or an opponent, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Down for a Freebie 1 to Down for a Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Down for a Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only Down for a Freebie 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
