Cold Snap (Japanese: 相手に技後こおり付与 Inflict Ice On Opponent After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon in a sync pair successfully uses a move against a target, it has a chance to freeze the target. The skill can range from Cold Snap 1 to Cold Snap 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of freezing the target. Cold Snap 9 will always freeze the target.
The skill applies to all of the Pokémon's attack moves—including 
buddy moves—but not sync moves or 
max moves.
