Trivia

  • Pinchitos is a Moorish-derived food in Spanish cuisine. Resembling the kebab, it consists of small cubes of chicken or pork skewered on a stick and cooked over charcoal.
  • Grilled Rice Balls, known as yaki-onigiri (焼きおにぎり) in Japanese, are rice balls brushed with soy sauce and grilled until surface becomes golden and crispy.
