When this Pokémon's basic attacks and moves hit opposing Pokémon, vibes increase, which increases Attack. Vibes can increase to a maximum of 3, and they lower over time.
As Quaquaval
When this Pokémon's basic attacks and moves hit opposing Pokémon, vibes increase, which increases Attack. Vibes can increase to a maximum of 3, and they lower over time. When vibes reach max, the next basic attack becomes Spinning Edge. Each time Spinning Edge hits opposing Pokémon, this user's movement speed increases. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
