Blanche (Japanese: ブランシェ Blanche) is the leader of Team Mystic (Japanese: チームミスティック Team Mystic) in Pokémon GO. Team Mystic is researching Pokémon Evolution and is represented by Articuno. Team Mystic Trainers believe that by staying calm and analyzing every situation, they can't lose.

Blanche is one of Professor Willow's assistants, along with Spark and Candela. Highly analytical, Blanche often loses track of time when doing research. Blanche tends to get embarrassed when proven wrong and does not take jokes well.[1][2]

On November 7, 2019[3], Blanche sent the following message to Team GO Rocket Leader Cliff:

"Your impression of me is out of date, Cliff. I don’t need to think hard to know that your attempts to take over will fail. I suggest you rethink before you choose to approach me."'

Team GO Rocket invasion (after capture)
"If my analysis is correct, we can help this Pokémon through a process known as purification. This will enable it to harness its strength. Shall we give it a try?"
Team GO Rocket invasion (after collecting first Mysterious Component)
"That Grunt dropped some sort of device. It looks like this is what they were using to hack the PokéStops. Ah, I recognize this from Willow's lab. I wonder... Yes. I believe this can help with his prototype. Please head out and collect more."
Team GO Rocket invasion (while a Rocket Radar is equipped)
  • Upon first equipping
"Professor Willow’s research and the components you’ve discovered have come together to produce a Rocket Radar. We’ve reverse engineered their technology and can now receive their hideouts’ signals. • If there are no hideouts in the vicinity
"There are currently no active hideouts in the vicinity. Let’s search a different area. There are no hideouts here, but my reports do confirm that there are more out there. Let’s head to other locations."
  • If there are currently no hideouts
"No signals... I see. Perhaps their activities have ceased for the day. Let’s try again tomorrow. Let’s wait until morning. I doubt they’ll show themselves again for a while."
