The Black 2 & White 2 arcブラック２・ホワイト２編 Black 2 & White 2 arc ), also referred to as The 11th Chapter 第十一章 The Eleventh Chapter ), is the eleventh story arc of the Pokémon Adventures manga . It began serialization in July 2013, and ended in April 2020.
This arc follows the adventures of Blake , a member of the International Police seeking to arrest the Seven Sages of Team Plasma , and Whitley , a former Team Plasma Grunt hiding under a civilian guise in Aspertia City . Unknowing of each other's true colors, both of them end up attending the same class at the Aspertia Trainers' School . At the same time, Team Plasma, led by Colress , is planning to exact an ice-cold revenge on the entire Unova region for their defeat at the end of the Black & White arc
