Effect
The user's moves are powered up the greater the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def are lowered. For each stat rank Sp. Atk or Sp. Def has been lowered, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 60% increase when the target's Sp. Atk and Sp. Def have both been lowered by 6 stat ranks. Added Insult does not affect sync moves or max moves.
