Half HP: Restore MP Once (Japanese: ＨＰ半減時一度技回数回復Move Points Refresh Once When HP Drops to Half) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's HP drops to 50% of its maximum or below during battle, it has a chance of restoring 1 MP to the user's moves that have MP. This effect will only be applied to the user once each battle. The skill can range from Half HP: Restore MP Once 1 to Half HP: Restore MP Once 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Half HP: Restore MP Once 9 will always restore the user's MP. Currently, only Half HP: Restore MP Once 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
