Power Loving (Japanese: 相手能力↓分威力上昇Power Boost Proportional to Opponent's Lowered Stats) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The user's moves are powered up the lower the target's stats. For each decreased stat rank, the user's moves are boosted by approximately 2.6%, giving a maximum 110% increase with 42 lowered stats. Power Loving does not affect sync moves or max moves.
