The Water type is one of ten TCG types. It is represented by the color blue.
The Water type usually contains Water and Ice Pokémon found in the main series games. For example, Blastoise, Articuno, and Piloswine are all Water-types in the TCG.
Battle properties
Generally Water Pokémon have a weakness to:
- Grass (if the Pokémon is a Template:Type2 in the video games)
- Lightning (if the Pokémon is a Water- or Template:Type2 in the video games)
- Fighting (if the Pokémon is an Template:Type2 in the video games)
- Metal (if the Pokémon is an Template:Type2 in the video games)
These types are generally weak to Water Pokémon:
