V-create (move)

V-create (Japanese: Ｖジェネレート V-generate) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation V. It is one of Victini's signature moves, the other being Searing Shot. V-Create is only known by the 14th Movie event Victini.

Effect

V-create deals damage. It also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each and slightly damages allies on either side of the user in double and triple battles.
