Hi, I'm Amy!
I'm the single mom of the best kid in the world (who is also obsessed with Pokémon) and I am in a wonderfully loving relationship with the man of my dreams (who gives his Pokémon sarcastic names). What more could a Pokémon fan-girl want?
Yes, I'm over 30 years old, and I still play Pokémon. I have very fond memories of pulling all-nighters to get further in my Pokémon Yellow game, back when I was in high school. I am probably one of the geekiest girls you'll ever know. Not only did I play Dungeons & Dragons, but I can quote from the rulebooks. When I was 8 years old, I picked up a manual on how to program in BASIC on the Commodore 64; today, I can proudly say that I can fluently code in 4 different programming languages.
I can't really think of anything more to say about myself. I've never been one to "toot my own horn," as the saying goes. Thankfully, here at Bulbapedia, we have user tags to do the talking for us, so I'll direct your attention to the right-hand side of your monitor. Anything else worth saying is probably private, anyway, but feel free to ask; I'm not easily offended and I'll let you know if I don't feel like answering your question.
Eeveelution Team (Work in Progress)
This is my dream team. I've always been a big fan of the Eeveelutions. Even after they added Espeon and Umbreon, though, there weren't enough to fill out a full party without doubling up on types or taking Eevee (which, as cute as Eevee is, like most pre-evolutions, they have horrible base stats).
With the release of Diamond and Pearl, we got Leafeon and Glaceon, which allows my dream to come to fruition! Unfortunately, with 7 Eeveelutions and only 6 slots in a team, this also means that I had to exclude one from my final cut. I am considering cutting Jolteon from my team. The reason for this is because Jolteon is only strong against two types: Flying and Fire. Glaceon, being Ice type, is also strong against Flying types. Likewise, Vaporeon, being Water type, is strong against Fire types. However, Flareon has a notoriously poor stat set and so that is another consideration. In the meantime, I have all 7 Eeveelutions listed below while I figure things out.
I am currently working on breeding the perfect Eevees to build my long-coveted battle team. (My backup plan is to simply take over the world with my reject Eevee army....)

To be honest, I wasn't into the trading card game until my daughter started playing it. So, to be able to play the game with her, I bought enough cards to make myself a deck. It is a psychic deck, of course, as those are my favorite type of pokémon. This is a list of all of my cards:
Other Pokémon Games
These are all of the other Pokémon games that I've played. Some are games that I played years ago and no longer have. In the RPG games I can remember my starter pokémon, but that's about it.
