Steveland (Japanese: サンペイ Sanpei) is a character of the day who appeared in Pursuing a Lofty Goal!.
Steveland faced James in the PokéRinger competition in Squallville. He chose his Skiploom to go against Jessie's Yanmega, which was being used by James. James criticized him for using such a Pokémon for a PokéRinger competition. But when an updraft hit the two Pokémon, Yanmega was left disoriented and fell to the ground. The updraft worked to Skiploom's favor and it easily grabbed the ring from the balloon and brought it to the goal, earning Steveland the win.
Steveland later went on to battle Paul and was defeated by him.
