Sleep styles (Japanese: 寝顔 Sleeping face) are properties of Pokémon in Pokémon Sleep.
Summary
While each Pokémon has only one sleep type, they have multiple sleep styles. Sleep styles are recorded in the Sleep Style Dex (Japanese: 寝顔図鑑 Sleeping face Illustrated Encylopedia). Sleep styles are ranked from one star (★) to four stars (★★★★), with more stars meaning that this style is more rare. Having a higher rating for Snorlax allows the player to find rarer sleep styles. Most Pokémon have 3 or 4 sleep styles, while only the holiday costume Pikachu have two styles. Currently, only one Pokémon, Ditto, has more than 4 styles, with 10.
Sleep styles may be thought of as similar to sleeping positions in humans.
