Let Sleeping Pokémon Lie! (Japanese: 寝る子は強い、ネッコアラの秘密! The Strong Sleeper, Nekkoara's Secret!) is the 56th episode of the Sun & Moon series, and the 995th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan on December 28, 2017 and in the United States on May 5, 2018.
Blurb
Ash and his classmates at the Pokémon School have been curious about Principal Samson Oak’s partner Komala, who spends its entire existence asleep. It even snoozes while it battles! Meanwhile, Jigglypuff shows up on Melemele Island, and it’s up to its old tricks—its song lulls everyone to sleep, and then it grumpily scribbles on everyone’s faces. However, the stage is set for an epic clash when the sleeping Komala is able to skillfully dodge Jigglypuff’s marker attack!
