Rod (Japanese: リュウドー Ryūdō) is the fourth Grand Master. He plays using the Legendary Dragonite Deck (Japanese: でんせつのドラゴンデッキ Legendary Dragon Deck). In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!, he uses the だいドラゴンデッキ Great Dragon Deck.

In Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR!
Since the start of the game, Rod was kidnapped by Team Great Rocket and held imprisoned in the GR Psychic Stronghold. When freed by the main player after defeating Mami, he will give away a Dragonite.
Before the player can duel with Kanzaki, King Biruritchi's bodyguard, the player is required to fight him in the Pokémon Dome to obtain one of the Legendary cards: Dragonite.
