Reckless (Japanese: すてみ Body Risk) is a Pokémon ability introduced in the Generation IV games that increases the opponent's recoil damage by 1.3 times.

In Mystery Dungeon, the base power of affected moves are boosted by 200%. However, the ability only affects the following attacks: Submission, Double-Edge, Take Down, Jump Kick, Hi Jump Kick, Volt Tackle, Wood Hammer, Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, and Head Smash.

Only one Pokémon has this ability.
