(Japanese: マッドブーバー Mad Boober) is a recurring character who first appeared in SM081. He is a member of the Revengers.
Mad Boober took part in a Battle Royal alongside his Magmortar, but he used dirty tactics provided by the other Revengers to get an advantage over the Masked Royal and his Incineroar. Witnessing this, Ash and Torracat decided to team up with Masked Royal, while Mad Boober teamed up with Mr. Elec. Despite them using more dirty tactics, they were soon defeated.
He will appear again in SM092.

| Magmortar is Mad Boober's only known Pokémon.
It was first used in a Battle Royal against the Masked Royal and his Incineroar. Later, it was used in a Tag Battle alongside Mr. Elec's Electivire against Incineroar and Ash's Torracat. Magmortar was eventually defeated by Torracat's newly learned Revenge. Magmortar's known moves are Flamethrower, Karate Chop, Feint Attack, Fling, and Fire Punch. | ||
