Mewtwo Returns was released by Warner Bros. on VHS in the United Kingdom on February 11, 2002 with the catalogue number V022141.
A Mewtwo Returns VHS box set was also released with the catalogue number S022543 that contains both the Mewtwo Returns VHS and the Indigo League VHS "The Great Race". The two VHS tapes have their own cases.
