Harley's Banette (Japanese: ハーリーのジュペッタ Harley's Juppeta) is a Pokémon obtained by Harley shortly before the Battle Frontier. Its Japanese voice actresses are 大谷育江 Ikue Ohtani and 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura (during Ohtani's leave) and in English it is voiced by Darren Dunstan (Template:4Kids dub) and Billy Beach (Pokémon USA dub).

Harley used Banette during the Hoenn Grand Festival against May. Along with his Cacturne, he battled against her but lost once again.

In New Plot - Odd Lot and Going for Choke, Harley lent Banette to Jessie. Because it was unfamiliar with her, Jessie continued to tell Banette to use Frustration. This eventually resulted in Jessie's loss to May.

Harley also used Banette in the appeals round during the Kanto Grand Festival in May, We Harley Drew'd Ya!.
