Keeping In Top Forme! (Japanese: 飛べシェイミ！空の彼方へ！！ Fly, Shaymin! Far into the Sky!!) is the 168th episode of the Diamond & Pearl series, and the 634th episode of the Pokémon anime. It first aired in Japan as a one-hour special on March 18, 2010, along with DP169 and aired in the United States on August 14, 2010.
Synopsis

On their way to Grand Festival, Ash and Dawn are practicing for their upcoming battles and contest, while Brock is preparing a meal. They meet up with Marley, a girl who was saved by Brock from an oncoming waterfall. She is harboring an injured Shaymin, saying that it was attacked by the Team Rocket trio, described as "thugs" who wanted to take Shaymin away. Marley asks him to escort her to the flower field where its friends are.
