Hyper Voice is a heavily damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Hyper Voice does damage. Pokémon with the Soundproof ability will not be effected by this move.

Pokémon

Whismur. Whismur blasts an echoing cry, and from its mouth a beam of white and grey shockwaves rushes towards the opponent.

Exploud. A blue sphere is created in Exploud's mouth. The sphere is then launched at the opponent.

Wigglytuff. A white shockwave comes from its mouth.
