Flare Blitz (move)

Flare Blitz is a very highly-damaging Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Flare Blitz does damage, and the user receives recoil damage equal to 25% of the damage done to the opponent. This move has a 10% chance of burning the opponent.
